Escambia County has selected Hatch Mott MacDonald to conduct a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study on State Road 292 (Sorrento Road) from South of the Theo Baars Bridge to State Road 173 (Blue Angel Parkway).
Providing improvements to approximately six (6) miles of SR 292 (Sorrento Road) will improve travel service, enhance coastal evacuation operations, reduce or eliminate unsafe roadway characteristics, serve the community population and foster economic growth projected for the area in an effective and efficient manner.
