Project Facts
Escambia County Public Works Department is conducting a Project Development and Environmental Study (PD&E) to evaluate options for a new east-west connection to improve regional mobility and provide a much needed intra-county thoroughfare between Blue Angel Parkway and U.S. HW #29 (Pensacola Boulevard).
The project is approximately (3) three miles in length and ends at U.S Highway 29 (Pensacola Boulevard). In addition to the PD&E study, Escambia County will also identify key neighborhood issues requiring improvement such drainage, code enforcement, parks/ community centers, safety features such as lighting and sidewalks and landscaping.
